I had a private student yesterday wanting to learn Laura McCabe's "pagoda shape" necklace I developed last year.
The "pagoda" shape is a great favourite of mine, especially having won an award in the Melbourne Bead Expo 2010 with my necklace "Dragon's Bane".
It has been very enjoyable revisiting this pattern and finally finishing the blue one. Maybe a red one will be in the making also, after all they don't take long to make compared to some of my recent pieces.
